Legal Consultant be for a period of one year at the first instance,
which may be extended subject to need of NCERT and satisfactory
performance, upto a period of 5 years. Eligible candidates send your

Eligibility: The candidate should :
(1) have obtained a Degree in law from a recognized University in India.
(2) have minimum experience of 10 years legal practice.
(3) have experience in dealing with Administrative matters and matters of educational institutions for at least 3years.
(4) have proven drafting and pleading skills.

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) invites applications for filling up One post of Vigilance cum-Security Officer (VSO) on deputation basis, at the NCERT Headquarter, New Delhi, on foreign service terms initially for one year and extendable up to three years, on year to year basis.
Educational Qualifications:
Essential -
(1) Graduate from a recognized University
(2) Should have at least 7 years experience in dealing with vigilance matters & conducting inquiry proceedings, of which 5 years should be in a responsible capacity under the Govt. Deptt/Autonomous Body/PSU, preferably dealing with investigation of complaints/holding of inquiries/vigilance work/litigation work of the establishment etc.
(3) Officers under the Central/State Government/Semi Govt./ Autonomous of Statutory organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years of regular service in PB-III with GP Rs. 6600/-.
Desirable -
(1) Law Degree.
(2) Experience in Police Deptt./Defence Services.
